The Sands Hotel Photograph Collection depicts entertainers, celebrities, events, amenities, and staff at the Sands Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada from approximately 1952 to 1980. The photographs primarily depict entertainers like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and the Copa Girls performing in the Copa Room, the showroom of the Sands Hotel. The photographs also depict patrons gambling, events held in the Sands Hotel's ballrooms, banquets, the pool, rooms in the hotel, as well as Jack Entratter, the hotel'’s director of entertainment.

The Alice Kinnear Photograph consists of one photographic print of the students and instructors at Las Vegas High School in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1916. An included document identifies the individuals in the photograph.

The Tonopah-Goldfield Mining Photograph Collection depicts mining activities in the mining towns of Tonopah and Goldfield in Esmeralda County, Nevada from approximately 1901 to 1920. The Ella Earl Carruth Photograph Collection contains photographs depicting Mormon settlers in Nevada from 1906 to 1934. The materials include photographs of the Mormon Fort in present-day Las Vegas, Nevada, the town of Bunkerville, Nevada, and Mormon pioneers Edward Bunker, Joseph Ira Earl, and Zilpha Earl.

H. E. Hazard Real Estate Maps and Photographs date from 1960 to 1980 and contain maps and aerial photographs, primarily of Las Vegas and Clark County, Nevada. Compiled by former Nevada legislator and realtor Harry Edward "Hap" Hazard (1894-1971), the collection includes more than sixty plat, topographic, engineering, sales, utility, zoning, and real estate maps, as well as twenty-two black-and-white aerial photographs.
