Democratic meeting at Dorothy Dorothy residence at the Lazy 88 Ranch, Pahrump, Aug. 1950. Dorothy and Dale are standing in the back left corner. Inscription with photograph reads "Group Pin of 99's flyers should be with #27 and #28. Flew over to our ranch and we made the 'Pahrump' sign on the mountain of white washed rocks. Description

Boat Ray Cutright used to carry passengers up and down Colorado River, 1931. Boat had burned day after Washington's Birthday, 1931. Note on back: "Boat named Boulder. Boat had two engines and two propellers in a tunnel. Had a canopy over top. Emory and Ayers had a feud. Ayers claimed Emory had set the boat afire. Emory used to shoot at Ayers with a 30-30 Winchester. Wint claims Ray Cutright never ran the boat. - James J. Hester, son-in-law of W. A. 'Wint' Davis, photog., 1992."

Tonopah school house and surrounding buildings in town. Houses identified: "First level of houses on hill behind schools: 1. Center, house with 3 Gables The Tasker Oddie House 2. Second house to right of Oddie House and largest structure on that level, the Hugh Brown house. House has a screened porch along whole front of house. Steps leading to porch are visible. Browns called it affectionately the ""Dobie Shack." 3. Eagle's nest on hill above Brown House and to right. 4. Large house with dormers lower half of photo was the Finn Boarding House in early Tonopah. 5. George Miller home next to Finn House. Miller the town barber. 6. Water tanks on hill to left."

Gamblers sit and stand near various games in the Tonopah Club. On the far side of the room is the bar, and in the center there are slot machines.
