Oral history interview with Janet Saxton conducted by Francine Gordon on November 10, 2006 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Saxton reflects upon her twenty years as a teacher and administrator with Nevada’s Clark County School District. She discusses the interactions between teachers and principals, and challenges that she faced in fostering relationships with teachers. She then describes her personal approach to school administration, and discusses how her upbringing and experiences shaped that approach.

Oral history interview with Linda Hartley conducted by Pauline Marchese on March 10, 1978 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. During the interview, the two discuss Hartley’s personal history, such as schools that she had attended and her recollection of local recreational activities. The two go on to talk about changes in crime, the environment, and briefly discuss a variety of issues at the time, including: segregated schools, prostitution, and effects of the Nevada Test Site.

Oral history interview with Selma Bartlett conducted by Claytee D. White on September 18, 2008 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Bartlett discusses arriving to Henderson, Nevada in 1954 and recalls the homes in that area. She shares her experience in banking and her employment with First National Bank of Nevada. Lastly, Bartlett discusses the housing crisis of 1987 and describes the housing industry during that time.

Oral history interview with Martha Drohobyczar conducted by Lisa Gioia-Acres on March 24, 2009 for the Heart to Heart Oral History Project. Drohobyczar discusses her careers as a nurse midwife and a nursing professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with Dewitt Tracht conducted by Jay Brewer on April 30, 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Tracht discusses business in Southern Nevada and how the business market expanded and developed in his lifetime. Tracht lastly talks about the early techniques of advertisement.

Oral history interview with Stanley Hyman conducted by Eleanor G. Doble on March 10, 1981 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Hyman discusses population growth in Las Vegas, Nevada and its transition into a metropolitan city. Hyman also discusses the kind of influence that Howard Hughes had in Las Vegas, Nevada. Hyman later discusses the first major convention held at the convention hall in Las Vegas, Nevada and his business in home insurance.

Oral history interviews with Jillian Hrushowy conducted by Joyce Marshall on October 11, 1995 and October 26, 1995 for the Women's Research Institute of Nevada (WRIN) Las Vegas Women Oral History Project. In this interview, Hrushowy describes her dance career, which started in Paris, France. Hrushowy then goes on to describe how her career moved her to Las Vegas, Nevada and the shows she performed in. Further, Hrushowy describes her performance schedule and experiences as a young dancer. Lastly Hrushowy discusses recreation activities in Las Vegas in the 1960s and 1970s.
