Shirley Mudra was born on December 22, 1934. She met her husband Paul when they were both in the airforce. They moved to Las Vegas, Nevada because Paul Mudra started work at the Nevada Test Site. As of 2011, she was a management analyst and was part of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
