Oral history interview with Carol Bumgarner conducted by Kelly Fawcett on November 16, 2009 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Bumgarner reflects on her 30-year career as a teacher and administrator in the Clark County School District. She discusses how she was inspired to pursue administration, and the importance of maintaining those relationships with staff and fellow administrators. She describes her job duties as an administrator, and offers suggestions on how administrators can continue to foster meaningful relationships with their teachers and students.

Oral history interview with Jim Henderson conducted by Joyce Moore on July 16, 2006 for the UNLV University Libraries Oral History Collection. In this interview, Henderson discusses his employment at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada and remembers the fire in 1980. He talks about the reconstruction of the hotel, becoming a cocktail server, and the community of casino and hotel workers in Las Vegas during the 1980s and 1990s.

Miguel Villarba shares stories of his grandfather's farm in Pangasinan, Philippines, the differences in city and town life across Manila, Chattanooga, and Las Vegas, and his educational plans. He also talks about Filipino culture and traditions, and racial discrimination.
