Oral history interview with Agnes Lockette conducted by Shannon Smith on February 26, 1980 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Lockette discusses her time as a professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, the early childhood education program she was responsible for developing, and the evolution of education in Nevada from the 1950s to 1980.

In this interview Kathleen Gaston talks about moving to Las Vegas, Nevada, how Las Vegas looked when she was growing up, the growth of Las Vegas, the schools she attended, and the growth of the Las Vegas Strip.

Oral history interview with Earl McDonald conducted by Claytee D. White on October 4, 2000 for the UNLV University Libraries Oral History Collection. In this interview, McDonald, a sixty-year resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, relates his background in Mississippi and Louisiana, leaving home at fourteen and traveling to California, and being drafted into the Army during World War II. He then discusses moving to Las Vegas and working as a musician and valet while training to be an electrician. He talks at length about the Westside, detailing the clubs and restaurants that opened along Jackson Street, including the El Rio, the Cotton Club, the El Morocco, and the Ebony Club. He also explains the discrimination that prevented Black individuals from joining unions even when they worked union jobs, and the response by the United States Justice department. He also discusses gambling and the potential for revitalizing the Westside community.

Oral history interview with Susan Molasky conducted by Barbara Tabach on March 11, 2014 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. In this interview, Susan Molasky discusses her childhood and teenage years growing up in London, England where she worked in a fabric store. Molasky also talks about originally coming to Las Vegas, Nevada with her first husband in the late 1950s. She discusses raising her children in Las Vegas, Nevada and her battle with ovarian cancer, which prompted her involvement in Nathan Adelson Hospice. She then discuss her life with second husband, Irwin Molasky, and the causes they are involved in.

Oral history interview with Robert Francis Bergin conducted by Paula Morey on March 05, 1981 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. During the interview Bergin discusses his personal history, the opening of the Desert Inn Hotel and other casinos, the gambling industry, his visits to Cuba, Wilbur Clark, Howard Hughes, and women in gaming. Oral history interview with Barbara Raben conducted by Barbara Tabach on February 24, 2015 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. In this interview Raben discusses her involvement with Hadassah, a women's Jewish organization, in Southern Nevada, and the various groups within that organization. She also talks about her family, her relationship to Judaism, and moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1991. Raben discusses the business she built in Los Angeles, California and Las Vegas, Nevada called the Candy Factory. She then talks about the formation of Midbar Kodesh Temple with other families from Temple Beth Sholom.

Oral history interview with Christiaan Van Buuren conducted by David Schwartz on June 30, 2015 for the Table Games Management Oral History Project. In this interview, Van Buuren recalls his early career working as a card dealer and assistant casino manager in South Africa. He also discusses the gaming school he ran at the Trump Taj Mahal Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, surveillance for Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, work as a casino consultant for Kangwonland casino in South Korea, and work as a floor supervisor for the SLS Las Vegas.
