Martinez, Jose Leonardo, 1971-
For Leonardo Martinez, the United States was never meant to be a destination—it was merely a short stop along the way as he awaited the day he could safely return to his family in El Salvador. Now a man who embraces the occasional Big Mac from McDonalds but never turns away a Salvadoran pupusa, Leonardo has embraced both places as home with memories that took him from his humble upbringings in Santa Lucía to the bright lights of the city of Las Vegas.

Delibos, John J., 1951-
John Delibos was born on February 12, 1951 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin to a Catholic family. At the age of eight, his family moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. After graduating from Cornell University, Delibos returned to Las Vegas. He worked in various casinos around town. Eventually, Delibos retired from gaming and worked full-time as an interior designer.

Jo Ann Mueller was born on December 16, 1930 and grew up in California, Colorado, Texas, and Louisiana. She and her husband, Hal Mueller, arrived in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1956 when he accepted a meteorologist position. In addition to raising their two children, Mueller was active in the Parent Teacher Association, worked for Weight Watchers, and was a volunteer with the League of Women Voters.

Paul H. Bowerman was born in Wolforth, Texas on May 15, 1929. Bowerman worked as an IBM computer engineer and pest controller. Mr. Bowerman relocated to Nevada in 1954. Other places Mr. Bowerman has lived include: California, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Illinois, New York, Minnesota, England, and Japan. Bowerman passed away March 23, 2001.

Lisa Brown was born March 12, 1970 to Judy G. Muniz and Glenn W. Fish. Lisa Brown works in real estate in Southern Nevada. She moved to Nevada several times, the first time being in 1996. She moved from a gated community in Henderson to a house built in 1959 that is an example of midcentury modern design on Bannie Street in the Scotch 80s neighborhood.
