The Robert Ranney Collection on the Children's Service Guild of Southern Nevada(1947-1990) contain primarily newspaper clippings pertaining to juvenile crime, and other juvenile-related issues in Las Vegas, Nevada. Also included are materials chronicling the operation of the Clark County Juvenile Court Services, including photographs, and two scrapbooks.

The Nevada Southern University Football Scrapbook (approximately 1960-1968) contains one scrapbook with newspaper clippings highlighting Nevada Southern University's (NSU) men's football team, the Rebels, during the 1968 season and features players such as Mario Aguero, Bill Casey, John Hall, Jim Mathis, and Jimmy Thompson as well as NSU football coach, Bill Ireland. The collection also contains loose newspaper clippings about NSU football and tickets to the inaugural football banquet.

The Nevada Southern University Department of Political Science Records (1966-1968) is comprised of departmental meeting minutes, course syllabi, and promotional flyers for summer sessions. The collection also contains marketing materials, event planning documents, and correspondence relating to the Four-State Labor Relations seminar that took place in 1968.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Faculty Senate Records (1957-2001) primarily contain meeting agendas, minutes, correspondence, notices, and additional documents pertaining to the Nevada Southern University Faculty Senate and the UNLV Faculty Senate, as well as associated committees such as the Curriculum Committee, Graduate Program Evaluation Committee, and Status of Women Committee. The collection also includes constitutions, bylaws, handbooks, merit allocation lists, and reports.
