Oral history interview with Jean Peck conducted by Thomas Zernzack on February 12, 1980 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Oral history interview with Michael J. Signorelli conducted by Claytee D. White and Stefani Evans on August 4, 2016 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Signorelli discusses getting a gaming license, building a hotel-casino in Mesquite, Nevada, running Fitzgerald's (now the D) downtown, and putting together land deals to develop a hotel-casino in Laughlin, Nevada and one in North Las Vegas, Nevada.

Oral history interview with Jay Poster conducted by Barbara Tabach on August 26, 2016 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. Poster describes his growth through his career in funeral services and his respect for the Jewish traditions of burial and grieving. He also talks about his participation in the ShabbaTones Band at Congregation Ner Tamid, and Desert Winds, a community based performance organization.

Oral history interview with Natalie Wolf conducted by Barbara Tabach on October 22, 2016 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. Wolf shares stories of operating the Greyhound bus station, a three-year ownership of Commercial Deli, and her long career working collections for the casino industry. She discusses working for Tropicana Hotel and Casino, and MGM Properties, including the Mirage Hotel.

Oral history interview with Don Ross conducted by Barbara Tabach on February 15, 2017 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. Ross talks about his Jewish upbringing, and education in Brewster, New York. He also discusses how his interest in hotel catering, conventions and events, has led him to working in the hospitality industry for nearly three decades in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Oral history interview with Richard G. McCracken conducted by Claytee D. White on September 30, 2014 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. McCracken discusses multiple labor unions in Chicago, Illinois and Las Vegas, Nevada. He recalls various strikes, women in union leadership positions, and how the Culinary Workers Union Local 226 was different from the typical labor union in Las Vegas.
