Oral history interview with Paul Garbiso conducted by Tammy Wallace on February 15, 2005 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Garbiso reflects upon his career with the Pueblo School District in Colorado from 1978 to 1998, and his role as an administrator with the Clark County School District from 1998 into the 2000s. He discusses his principalship at Rancho High School, and describes how his life experiences influenced his approach to school administration. He reflects upon the more successful parts of his educational training, and offers suggestions for individuals interested in school administration.

Guy begins by talking about his birth in Brazil, Indiana, his early work selling Civilian Conservation Corps magazine subscriptions, and his travels across the United States before arriving in Boulder City, Nevada in 1938. Next, Guy recalls his early memories of Boulder City, the Las Vegas Wash, and his work at the Boulder Beach campgrounds at Lake Mead Recreation Area and in Overton, Nevada. Guy also discusses the campgrounds' working conditions, entertainment, access to amenities, and work associates. Afterwards, Guy talks about his time as a railroad worker in Indiana and Las Vegas, Nevada, Block 16 in Las Vegas, Las Vegas entertainers, working as a volunteer fire fighter, and anecdotes about people in his personal life.

Oral history interview with Hope Anstett conducted by Claytee D. White on December 8, 2003 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Anstett talks about moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1939 with her mother and brother after a doctor recommended a move to a drier climate. Her mother rented a home from Senator Key Pittman and opened a photograph studio and dress shop in the front, with the family living in the back. She describes what it was like growing up in a small community, the schools she attended, the Las Vegas High School Rhythmettes drill team, and the activities available including Helldorado Days and the local recreation center. Later she discusses what the city was like during the war years, the family's move to Oregon, graduating from college, and getting married. She explains that she moved back to Las Vegas while her husband was deployed with the military and worked until his return and the birth of their first child. She also talks about her civic activities, her husband's career with Silver State Disposal, and their post-retirement travel and philanthropic work with the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).

Oral history interview with Selma Bartlett conducted by Claytee D. White on September 18, 2008 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Bartlett discusses arriving to Henderson, Nevada in 1954 and recalls the homes in that area. She shares her experience in banking and her employment with First National Bank of Nevada. Lastly, Bartlett discusses the housing crisis of 1987 and describes the housing industry during that time.

The audiovisual series of the MGM Mirage Corporation Records dates from 1982 to 2005. The series contains videotapes and audiocassettes that contain B-roll of MGM Mirage properties, press conferences from sporting events, interviews with Steve Wynn, press announcements, and training videos. This series consists of master tapes and also contains videotapes with programs that aired on local and national networks. Format types represented include VHS, U-matic, Betacam, Betacam SP, Betamax and audiocassettes.
