Oral history interview with Alan Bowman conducted by Erik Peluso on October 23, 2008 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Bowman reflects upon his roughly 30-year career as a teacher and administrator with the Clark County School District (CCSD) from the 1970s to the 2000s. He discusses his decision to pursue school administration, and challenges that he frequently faced. Oral history interview with Everett E. Daniels conducted by Gary Trbovich, Jr. on November 10, 2008 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Daniels reflects upon his experiences as a teacher and administrator with Ohio’s Canton City School District (CCSD). He discusses the influence of sports on his education and career, and how coaching influenced his approach to school administration and his working relationships with teachers, students, and other administrators. He also describes his typical responsibilities and challenges at different schools, and his experience with central office administration.

Oral history interview with Chet Carrigan conducted by Robert Kahre on February 17, 1981 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Carrigan first talks about his background in construction as well as some of his experiences in the Sheriff’s Posse before describing the major events and changes of Las Vegas, Nevada that he witnessed. Carrigan also talks about his family, the effects of the Great Depression on the city, the flooding problem, and the building of Hoover Dam. He also describes the first schools in Las Vegas, means of transportation, his laundry business, his experience on the volunteer fire department, the first movie theaters, and Cashman Field.

Oral history interview with Stan Irwin conducted by Cork Proctor on August 24, 2003 for the All That Jazz Oral History Project. In this interview, Irwin talks about his early life performing comedy in nightclubs, hotels, and casinos in Las Vegas, Nevada, writing comedic material, his military service, starting a family, and racism in the Las vegas entertainment industry in the 1950s and 1960s. He also discusses his work as vice-president and executive producer for Sahara Nevada Corporation, bringing The Beatles to Las Vegas, Nevada when all other hotels refused to do so, and the band's appearance at the Las Vegas Convention Center. He continues talking about being a comedian, actor, and special materials writer and his life since retirement.

Oral history interview with Chris Phipps conducted by Dennis McBride on November 16, 1998 for the Las Vegas Gay Archives Oral History Project. Phipps talks about coming to terms being a gay man in California, being involved with the Apollo Spa and Health center, and becoming a lawyer.

Oral history interview with Sam S. Earl conducted by Laura Button on March 09, 1981 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Earl discusses the family’s early residence in a tent and their religious participation. He also discusses welfare benefits, gambling, the first members of the police force, and the Helldorado parade. Earl then talks about his work on the Hoover (Boulder) Dam, as a building contractor, and as a truck driver.
