Robert K. Roney (1922-2017) was a leading engineer and Senior Vice President with Hughes Aircraft Company. During his career at Hughes he made major contributions with regard to the development of air-to-air missiles, lunar landing spacecraft and communications satellites. The Robert K. Roney files (1950-1991) contains his author (correspondence) files, and engineering notes, and numerous technical reports, some of which he authored.

Beryl Hughes later became a model in Los Angeles.
