He talks about working for Jack Entratter and Howard Hughes and describes the working conditions of his various positions in the Copa Room, including maître d. George also shares stories of different entertainers that would frequent the establishment.

Oral history interview with Harold Chatterson conducted by Herman Grijalva on October 17, 1972 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview Harold Chatterson discuses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada, working as a construction worker, the First National Bank of Nevada, homesteading, atomic-bomb testing, Howard Hughes, the Las Vegas Strip, the Helldorado Parade, and the 1942 crash of Carole Lombard's plane.

Scope and Contents
The corporate records (1920-1990) for Hughes Productions consist of administrative, distribution, financial, and legal records, as well as records from the Motion Picture Association of America and United Artists Corporation and records pertaining to unproduced works.
Administrative records contain correspondence, as well as vault inventories, assets list, and personnel files. Distribution records contain agreements, correspondence, and information pertaining to The Outlaw's ban. Financial records include ledgers, correspondence, invoices, and international profit reports. Legal records include contracts for actors and screenwriters, as well as correspondence, agreements, and affidavits pertaining to loan information and court case proceedings.
Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) records consist primarily of weekly reports from the MPAA detailing film title registration reports either held or withdrawn, as well as memoranda. United Artists Corporation records include contract analyses, settlement statements and ledgers detailing The Outlaw's domestic and international earnings. Unproduced works contain screenplays, synopses, story treatments, right's agreements, and correspondence pertaining to stories sent to Hughes Productions.

Oral history interview with John W. Crabbe conducted by Patricia van Betten on January 19, 2004 for the Blue Diamond Oral History Project. In the interview, Crabbe discusses moving to Blue Diamond Village in southern Nevada as a child in the 1950s. Crabbe talks about attending Rancho High School in Las Vegas, Nevada and the long bus commute he took daily to school. Crabbe then recalls his experiences horseback riding in Bonnie Springs, Nevada and his employment at Howard Hughes' airline, Hughes Air West. Lastly, Crabbe discusses the civic activities available growing up in the Blue Diamond Village.

Oral history interview with Gloria Freeman Dell conducted by Claytee D. White on April 05, 2011 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Dell discusses her life as a Las Vegas, Nevada showgirl and her experiences in the entertainment industry. She describes working at the Flamingo Hotel and tells several anecdotes about prominent entertainers she met or performed with, including Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, and Ella Fitzgerald. Dell also discusses living in a barracks specifically for showgirls, being pursued romantically by Howard Hughes, and concludes the interview by singing a song from one of her former acts.
