John discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada with Summa Corporation in 1980 to manage the portfolio of Nevada properties owned by the Howard Hughes estate. He also describes developing the master-planned community of Summerlin, and his responsibility being president of Howard Hughes Corporation from 1988 to 1998.
