Oral history interview with Gloria T. Caoile conducted by Vanessa Concepcion and Stefani Evans on November 18, 2021 for Reflections: The Las Vegas Asian American and Pacific Islander Oral History Project.

Gloria talks about her immigration from the United States to the Philippines with her family when she was a child and how she lived there until the age of 16. She describes her upbringing and family's values that led her to pursue activism within the Asian American community. Gloria shares stories from her three decades of activism and community outreach working with the Asian Pacific American Labor Alliance, local labor unions, and other organizations to uplift Filipino Americans within Las Vegas and the United States.

Oral history interview with Carey Burke conducted by Drew Casale on February 23, 1980 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Burke discusses moving to Henderson, Nevada with his family at a young age and living in Las Vegas, Nevada. Burke also discusses his profession as a passenger service agent for an airline company. He then talks about McCarran Airport, its various airlines, and the development of the Las Vegas Strip.

Oral history interview with Michael A. Cherry conducted by Barbara Tabach on September 19, 2014 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. In this interview, Justice Michael Cherry talks about how he came to Las Vegas, Nevada and his work as a public defender and as a lawyer in private practice. He also discusses his involvement with Jewish organizations in various capacities, and his involvement with high-profile cases such as the MGM Grand and Las Vegas Hilton fires, earning him the nickname "master of disaster."

Oral history interview with Ray Keith conducted by David Alexander on March 3, 1980 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Keith discusses her first arrival in Las Vegas, Nevada and the addresses that she has lived at. She also discusses how she helped to charter the “Home of the Good Shepherd” housing facilities with local Las Vegas women in the 1960s.

Oral history interview with Leeander Fields Hayes conducted by Mark Kevin Ryhlick on March 13, 1981 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Hayes discusses the history of entertainment in Las Vegas, Nevada from the mid-1940s to 1958, specifically the local live music and comedy scenes. He also touches on the topic of segregation and how Black entertainers, such as Lena Horne, were treated when they came to perform in Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with Rosemary Ruymann conducted by Bruce Kraft on February 16, 1977 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Ruymann discusses her career as a teacher and life in early Las Vegas, Nevada. Ruymann also describes the excitement surrounding the construction of Hoover (Boulder) Dam and the kinds of people it would attract, such as the president, engineers, and dentists concerned with the amount of fluoride in the proposed area for Lake Mead.

Oral history interview with Arlene Blut conducted by Barbara Tabach on May 28, 2015 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. Blut discusses her involvement in local and national arts, being an actor and promoter/director of theater events, and recalls her experiences in Las Vegas, Nevada’s Jewish community.
