Oral history interview with Steven R. Melugin conducted by R. C. Taliaferro on April 08, 1976 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Oral history interview with Jeffrey Fahl conducted by Claytee D. White on August 5, 2019 for the UNLV School of Medicine Oral History Project. Fahl starts off by talking about his family, early life, and school history. He stated that he went to Hahnemann School of Medicine in 1974 for pediatrics in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He then discusses his residency at Hahnemann Hospital and explained pediatric gastroenterology. Then, Fahl talks about his past mentors, what he had learned from them, and what he plans to do as a mentor to help other pediatric residents. Then, he explains what he does as professor of pediatrics and chair of the anatomy program at University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Lastly, he talks about the accomplishments and awards he was given throughout his time.

Oral history interview with Rosamond McDougal conducted by Concepcion Fernandez on February 14, 1979 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, McDougal discusses the history of education in Southern Nevada. She specifically talks about University of Nevada, Las Vegas and her experiences as an educator.

Oral history interview with John Acres conducted by Stefani Evans and Claytee D. White on July 11, 2017, and September 28, 2017 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Acres discusses his progressive jackpot system for the Lady Luck Casino, which was also installed in the Aladdin, the Frontier, and the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas, Nevada. Acres relates history of his work in engineering and manufacturing gaming technology and recalls how and why he sold his first company, Electronic Display Technology (EDT). Acres then discusses Acres 4.0, which develops artificial intelligence that creates customer experiences while reducing operational costs, and explains the Gen7 concept of planning solutions that will last for seven generations.

Oral history interview with Bill Garis conducted by Laurie Hackett on March 29, 2004 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Garis reflects upon his 11 years as a principal with Nevada’s Clark County School District (CCSD). He discusses his approach to school administration and working relationships with teachers and other administrators, and offers suggestions for individuals interested in pursuing school administration.
