Oral history interview with Robert Shaddy conducted by Jennifer Riewe on March 12, 1981 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Oral history interview with Alan D. Dennis conducted by David Schwartz on April 20, 2017 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Dennis discusses the opening of the Boulder Station Hotel and Casino in 1994. He talks about the gaming industry in Las Vegas, Nevada, casino gaming, and casino customer services. Dennis recalls anecdotes as a valet driver and changes in valet services.

Oral history interview with Len Zane conducted by David Emerson on May 10, 2007 for the UNLV @ 50 Oral History Project. Zane discusses coming to University of Nevada, Las Vegas, to take a one year position in the physics department. Zane also discusses his teaching career, overseeing the honors program through the transition to Honors College, and serving as dean of the college for 15 years.

Oral history interview with Joan Massagli conducted by Claytee D. White on August 19, 2010 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. Massagli discusses being part of a singing act with her sisters called the Sawyer Sisters that often played Las Vegas, Nevada. She then discusses meeting her husband, Mark Tully Massagli, who was a musician, and making their home in Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with H. Joy Razy conducted by Andrew Gordon on March 17, 1978 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Razy discusses the construction of the Boulder (Hoover) Dam as well as the changes in city infrastructure such as water supply and roads. Lastly, Razy discusses the divorce and gambling industries of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Oral history interview with Mike Mullin conducted by Claytee D. White on September 06, 2019 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Mullin discusses his early life in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania and moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1973. He recalls becoming a craps dealer, going into real estate, and establishing his company, Nevada Hand. Mullin talks about his company’s work to provide high-quality homes and supportive services for working families and seniors with fixed incomes. Lastly, Mullin describes the philanthropy behind his company and retiring from Nevada Hand.

Oral history interview with Ethlyn Barneby conducted by Claytee White on October 16, 2002 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. During this interview Barneby discusses her experiences as a resident of Boulder City, Nevada during the 1940s. Barneby also discusses life with her husband, a member of the National Guard, and her husband’s employment as an operator for the City of Los Angeles, California during the construction of the Hoover Dam. She also describes their experiences moving back and forth between Boulder City and Los Angeles as well as the growth of Boulder City in relation to Las Vegas, Nevada.
