Oral history interview with William Sullivan conducted by Claytee D. White on June 27, 2007 for the UNLV @ 50 Oral History Project. In this interview William Sullivan discusses being recruited to University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) as director of student support services. He also discusses changes in Las Vegas, Nevada and the UNLV campus.

Oral history interview with Verna Chadwick conducted by Keri Wright on February 24, 1979 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Chadwick first talks about her early life in Utah, and some of the activities in which she took part when first arriving in Las Vegas, Nevada. She then talks about her involvement in Cub Scouts, her church membership, political involvement, recreational activities, atomic testing, the first stores, casinos, and Las Vegas utilities during the 1950s, particularly water. The interview finalized with a discussion on social changes and the changes in prices of goods over the years.

Oral history interview with Arturo F. Ochoa conducted by Kenneth L. Morrow on October 29, 2006 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Ochoa reflects upon his career as a teacher and administrator with Nevada’s Clark County School District (CCSD). He discusses his educational background that led to his becoming a bilingual education teacher, and describes the process by which he eventually became a principal. He discusses his approach to education, programs that he created, and his approach to working relationships with teachers and other administrators.

Oral history interview with Harold Wadman conducted by Dennis McBride on December 21, 1986 for the Boulder City Library Oral History Project. In this short interview, Wadman talks about running away from his childhood home in Ogden, Utah at the age of thirteen. He explains how he hitchhiked to Nevada, bypassing Las Vegas and reaching Boulder City, Nevada in the middle of the night. He explains how he worked odd jobs before a brief employment at the dam site as a waterboy; possibly the youngest person to work on the dam.

Oral history interview with Helen Winthrop conducted by Ron Valles on February 20, 1980 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Winthrop discusses her personal history and living in Las Vegas, Nevada. Winthrop describes her family, education, and marriage to her husband. She also describes her recreational activities and places she has traveled with her family. Winthrop explains the differences between the Las Vegas Strip and the rest of the city, as well as how Las Vegas is developing and changing. She goes on to discuss irrigation and agriculture in Las Vegas, the effects of nuclear testing in Nevada, and nuclear power. Winthrop concludes the interview by expressing her opinions on future development of the city and what environmental protections she thinks should be implemented.

Oral history interview with Winnie Prince conducted by Irene Rostine on May 18, 1995 for the Women's Research Institute of Nevada (WRIN) Las Vegas Women Oral History Project. Prince opens her interview by discussing her history in Las Vegas, Nevada, which began when she moved to the city in 1942. Prince describes her husband's experiences living in a Las Vegas tent city, and her life in St. George, Utah prior to her move to Las Vegas. She also talks about her brief employment at the Basic Magnesium plant just before the end of World War II. Prince discusses her job responsibilities at the plant, and the importance of accuracy in her job as a shell casting inspector. Lastly, she describes her husband's job as a guard at the Basic Magnesium plant and the ways rationing affected daily life, including commuting to work and feeding her family.

Oral history interview with Roy Smith conducted by Gary Michael Buyacheic on March 13, 1976 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Smith discusses arriving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1931 for job opportunities. Smith recalls the introduction of gambling and the impact it had on the city and throughout Nevada. Later, Smith describes the Stewart Ranch, Mount Charleston, and the growth of casinos and hotels on the Las Vegas Strip.
