The Civic Historical Research Project, Lincoln County, Nevada Cemetery Census Records are comprised of Nevada cemetery censuses done in the 1980s, from the towns of Bullionville, Panaca, and Caliente.
Series contains meeting minutes, memos, administrative records, newspaper clippings, maps, pamphlets, preservation plans, budget plans, and grant applications pertaining to historical preservation efforts in Nevada. Some National Register of Historic Places records are incorporated into the meeting minutes files of the Series I. Nevada Division of Historic Preservation and Archaeology records.

The C. C. (Clio Cline) Mobley Photograph Collection (approximately 1911 to 1917) consists of sixteen black-and-white photographic prints with corresponding photographic negatives. The images depict the Las Vegas, Nevada Ranch while the Mobley family leased it from the Union Pacific Railroad during the period. The photographs depict the home, swimming pool, the Old Las Vegas Mormon Fort, and orchards and streams on the property.
The S. R. Shapiro Collection (1799, 1960-1979) contains gaming instructions, pamphlets, menus, promotional material from travel agents and casinos, and correspondence from Las Vegas, Nevada casinos and casinos around the world. There is also a copy of a French natural history book titled Memories de la Societe d'histoire naturelle de Paris dated 1799. Inside the book are attached advertisements and lottery announcements from English newspapers.
The early Las Vegas, Nevada historical materials series dates from 1905 to 1980 and is comprised of visual materials that reflect the development of early Las Vegas, aerial photographs of Las Vegas in 1976, photographs of early built structures, newspaper clippings, and books.

The Nan Doughty Family Collection dates from 1845 to 1993 and documents Doughty's personal and professional life. She collected correspondence and papers related to her extended family members including Sallie Bradford, Seymour Kimball Bradford, William Hillman Shockley, and May Bradford Shockley. The collection also includes papers from her father, Thorwald A. Siegfriedt, and her mother, Lou-vee Bradford Siegfried. Doughty used her family histories to write historical essays about early Nevada. The collection includes her professional papers as well as drafts and correspondence related to her writings.
