The UNLV Libraries Collection of MGM Mirage Corporation Promotional Materials and Reports includes promotional materials, newspaper and magazine clippings, financial reports, annual reports, diversity reports, press releases, and press kits for the MGM Mirage Corporation in Las Vegas, Nevada, dating from 1973 to 2007.

The UNLV Libraries Collection of Showboat, Inc. Promotional Materials and Financial Reports includes annual reports, quarterly financial reports, equity research reports, Securities and Exchange Commission Form 10-Q, Securities and Exchange Commission Form 10-K, prospectus, press kit, press releases, promotional materials, and newspaper and magazine clippings for Showboat, Inc. based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Atlantic City, New Jersey, dating from 1968 to 2002.

The Ernie W. and Lucille "Seely" Cragin Photograph Collection contains photographic prints, negatives, and slides depicting early Las Vegas and Boulder City, Nevada events, buildings, and people between approximately 1900 and 1950. Event photographs portray the first Helldorado parade, rodeos, and military assemblies at the Las Vegas Air Gunnery School (currently Nellis Air Force Base). Other photographs in the collection depict locations throughout Nevada and the United States including Tonopah, Nevada; and Macon, Georgia.

The Dorothy Dorothy Photograph Collection (approximately 1910-1985) consists of black-and-white photographic prints and negatives as well as colored transparencies of Dorothy Dorothy. Included are photographs of campaigns, meetings, and banquets with various local and federal politicians. Also included are photographs of her husband, Dale Dorothy, and their ranch in Pahrump, Nevada.

The Eileen Brookman Photographs depict Nevada Assemblywoman Eileen Brookman from 1959 to 1989. The photographs primarily depict Brookman with other Nevada politicians, including U.S. Senators Harry Reid, Alan Bible, Eugene McCarty, and Howard Cannon, and Nevada Governors Paul Laxalt, Mike O’Callaghan, Richard Bryan, and Grant Sawyer. The photographs also depict Brookman at political events with the Nevada National Guard, bill-signing ceremonies, and at events in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Educational Equity Resource Center (EERC) records contain material from workshops hosted by the EERC throughout Southern Nevada, especially Las Vegas, Nevada, between 1973 and 2000. The EERC aimed to provide teachers, students, and parents information on gender equity education, support, and training. Workshop materials include participant worksheets, surveys, brochures, instructional booklets, advertisements, correspondence, and evaluation forms. Workshop participants include K-12 students, postsecondary school students, educators, and parents. The records also include EERC organizational correspondence, reports, newsletters, publications, and resources detailing workshop and EERC funding, development, and promotion.

The Beda Cornwall Collection on the Citizen's Library Association of Las Vegas consists of material gathered by Beda Brennecke Cornwall that documents the activities of the Citizen's Library Association of Las Vegas during the years 1941 to 1973. Most of the materials document the efforts by the citizens group to raise money in the community to build and sustain a new public library in Las Vegas, Nevada. The remaining part of the collection relates to local and statewide libraries and biographical materials on Beda Cornwall and her husband through various documents and scrapbooks of newspaper clippings.
