The collection is comprised primarily of photographs of Rabbi Yocheved Mintz at different events and programs held at Las Vegas, Nevada synagogue Congregation P'nai Tikvah from 2006 to 2017. The collection includes photographs of congregants during different workshops and events held at the synagogue. The collection also includes photographs of Rabbi Mintz and congregants during holidays (Hannukah, Purim, Rosh Hashanah, and Passover), Jewlicious (Jewish education classes and workshops), and from the congregation newsletter.

The Harold Minsky Photograph Collection (1957-1977) contains photographic prints, negatives, and slides collected by Las Vegas burlesque show developer Harold Minsky. Subjects include performers in costume, showgirls, comedians, advertisements for shows, performances, and some of the venues at which Minsky's shows were held, including the Thunderbird Hotel and Casino, the Aladdin Hotel and Casino, and the Dunes Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The John S. Wright Faculty Papers (1951-1975) are comprised of faculty papers from and about Dr. John S. Wright who was considered one of the founding faculty members at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). The collection documents Wright's involvement in establishing UNLV as a separate university from the University of Nevada, Reno. The collection includes memoranda, correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports from different committees Wright was a part of including Academic Council, Faculty Senate, and other ad hoc committees.

The Kim Sisters material date from 1959 to 1966 and 1983. It consists of two scrapbooks and one folder of photocopied materials containing newspaper clippings about the appearances of the Kim Sisters muscial group throughout the United States as well as Italy, Germany, and Spain. It also includes two record album sleeves.

The James H. Down Jr. Photograph Collection (approximately 1915-1940) consists of black-and-white photographic prints and negatives, as well as color photographic slides and postcards. The images depict scenes in and around Las Vegas and Goodsprings, Nevada. Also included are Glenn Davis' photographs of the Hoover Dam (Boulder Dam), Black Canyon, the Colorado River, and Lake Mead. Most of the images portray the construction phases of the Hoover Dam.

The Elmo and Charlotte Ellsworth Photograph Collection (approximately 1940-1959) is comprised of black-and-white photographic prints and negatives. The images depict Charlotte and Elmo Ellsworth. Also included is an image of Elmo Ellsworth on horseback at the Las Vegas, Nevada airport for the arrival of the first United Airlines flight and an image of people at the Last Frontier Village in Las Vegas.

The Edith Giles Barcus Family Photograph Collection (approximately 1878-1954) consists of black-and-white photographic prints and negatives, as well as postcards and photograph albums. The images depict locations in Nevada including Las Vegas, Goldfield, Searchlight, and Tonopah, in addition to locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Utah, and Mexico. Also included are images of family, friends, and associates of the Giles Barcus family. The albums contain photographs depicting the Giles family as they traveled through the southwest United States and Mexico, as well as postcards from prominent locations in the southwestern United States.

The Cliff Segerblom Artwork contains four pieces of Segerblom's artwork. One painting of a desert home in Nelson, Nevada titled "Afternoon in Nelson" from 1940, one drawing of the USS Hornet from 1969, and two watercolor paintings of Lake Mead and Sunrise Mountain. The First Annual Southern Nevada Art Exhibit originally displayed "Afternoon in Nelson" in Las Vegas, Nevada between January 27 and 28 in 1940. The USS Hornet drawing was created November 1969, depicting a fighter aircraft aboard the USS Hornet at Apollo 12's splashdown. The two watercolors were donated to the University in 1962 by the Clark County Panhellenic Association.
