Oral history interview with Leain Vashon conducted by Claytee D. White on July 29, 2014 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. Vashon discusses joining and eventually getting elected the Vice President of the Culinary Workers Union Local 226. Oral history interview with Herb Jeffries conducted by Cork Proctor on 2009 May 5 for the All That Jazz Oral History Project. In the interview Jeffries discusses his life as a singer and actor, entertaining in Las Vegas, Nevada where Frank Sinatra offered support when Jeffries encountered racial discrimination. He also talks about his life after retirement, his family, being an America, his military service, and his relationship with Louis Armstrong and Duke Ellington as a young performer.

Oral history interview with Alice Key conducted by Claytee D. White on February 17 and March 24, 1997 for the Women's Research Institute of Nevada (WRIN) Las Vegas Women Oral History Project. In this interview Alice Key discusses being a chorus line dancer at the Cotton Club in Culver City, California and then moving to Las Vegas, Nevada after her dancing career ended. She then talks about working as a reporter, her involvement with the civil rights movement in Las Vegas, and creating the first all-black television show in the country: Talk of the Town.

Oral history interview with Aaron Rosenthal conducted by David Schwartz on December 21, 2016 for the Slot Operations Oral History Project. Rosenthal discusses the various slot operations and marketing roles he held with MGM Mirage/MGM Resorts. He also talks about his experiences in dealing with slot vendors and responsibilities as a general manager at various properties.

Oral history interview with George Marshall conducted by Dottie Adams on February 02, 1972 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Marshall discusses politics while he was the Justice of the Peace in 1938, and District Judge in 1940. Marshall later talks about the above ground atomic test, economic and environmental changes, and gambling in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Oral history interview with Marilyn V. Tamre conducted by Sheri L. Woodward on March 09, 1981 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Tamre discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1955 and life in the city. Tamre describes how Las Vegas has changed and expanded, as well as what forms of recreation were available during the 1950s. She goes on to discuss how hospitable the casinos were to their guests, economic changes in the city, and flooding problems in Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with Patrick Gaffey conducted by Stefani Evans and Claytee D. White on August 19, 2016 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Gaffey discusses the McCarran airport redesign, Las Vegas-Clark County Library District building program, First Interstate Bank tower, and Clark County Government Center. He also discusses the redesign of the Maryland Parkway corridor and public art. Gaffey then talks about the City of Las Vegas Public Art Committee, Las Vegas City Hall art installation, and City of Las Vegas Maintenance and Operations.
