Oral history interview with Stavros Anthony conducted by Claytee D. White and Stefani Evans on July 24, 2017 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Stavros discusses policing, rezoning, growth of Las Vegas, Nevada; growth of Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE), the Westside, Las Vegas City Council, streamlining city government during the recession, and the NSHE Board of Regents.

Oral history interview with Sandra Peña conducted by Lada Mead and Stefani Evans on March 27, 2017 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Peña recalls the family move to Porterville, California, and her work with Parson’s Dillingham, a contractor for the Metrolink rail system. She then discusses the link between the Los Angeles, California and Las Vegas, Nevada construction communities. Peña also discusses her ability to gain employment in Las Vegas at Parson’s and her move to Richardson Construction.

Oral history interview with Marilyn B. Brockett conducted by Jay Brewer on April 25, 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Brockett moved to Nevada in 1932. During this interview Brockett discusses social changes and the growth of Boulder City, Nevada from 1932 to 1975.

Oral history interview with Kathleen Harney conducted by Claytee White on July 19, 2010 for the Voices of the Historic John S. Park Neighborhood Oral History Project. In her interview Harney discusses her and her husband's move to the historic John S. Park Neighborhood in 1975, about ten years after moving to Las Vegas from Ohio. Kathleen also discusses her career as a high school teacher and teaching English and journalism.

Oral history interview with Edith Leavitt conducted by Enrico Mecina on February 07, 1977 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Leavitt talks about moving to Las Vegas, Nevada from St. George, Utah for a teaching position in August of 1945. She discusses the history of the school district and racial integration of the school system.

Herst also discusses his personal family history, his Jewish identity, community affiliations, and his career as a card dealer and broker at different casinos.
