Witt discusses the faculty and where classes were taught at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and type of research being done. Witt also discusses the human simulator and its relevance to hands-on nursing. She addresses nursing shortages at UNLV, effects of doubling student enrollment, changing class schedules, shortening semesters, and requiring summer classes in effort to graduate nurses faster.

Oral history interview with Henry Schutte conducted by an unknown collector on an unknown date in approximately the 1980s for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Schutte discusses working on trains since childhood and explains the type of maintenance he performed. Schutte then describes his career at the Young Electric Sign Company (YESCO).

Herst talks about the population growth in Nevada and emphasizes the significant changes that Las Vegas, Nevada has experienced from its origins as a small town. Herst also discusses his personal family history, his Jewish identity, community affiliations, and his career as a card dealer and broker at different casinos.

In this interview Alice Key discusses being a chorus line dancer at the Cotton Club in Culver City, California and then moving to Las Vegas, Nevada after her dancing career ended. She then talks about working as a reporter, her involvement with the civil rights movement in Las Vegas, and creating the first all-black television show in the country: Talk of the Town.

Oral history interview with Stephen Schneider conducted by Stefani Evans on October 10, 2017 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Schneider discusses his early life and English education. He recalls arriving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1967, being an English teacher at Bishop Gorman High School, and his early interest in real estate. Schneider talks about obtaining his real estate license and forming Berkshire Hathaway Americana Group Realtors. Lastly, Schneider discusses Special Improvement Districts.
