Oral history interview with Ruth Parvin conducted by Deborah Radice on March 14, 1981 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Oral history interview with Douglas Reynolds conducted by Dr. David Emerson on June 16, 2006 for the UNLV @ 50 Oral History Project. Reynolds discusses joining the University of Nevada, Las Vegas’ engineering faculty in 1983 and writing a report that led to the founding of the engineering college. He also talks about the report’s accreditation with the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).

Rothermel discusses his career as a coach for the Chicago Cubs and athletic director at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) from 1981 to 1990, as well as the history of the athletic programs at UNLV.

Oral history interview with J. Harold Tilton conducted by David M. Hollic on February 21, 1972 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Tilton discusses his personal history and moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1925. He then describes the development of Las Vegas and recalls the expansion of the city in both the north and west. Lastly, Tilton discusses the construction of homes in undeveloped desert land, as well as environmental and social changes in Las Vegas.
