Oral history interview with Agnes C. Marshall conducted by Rebecca Snetselaar on April 02, 2016 for the Folklife Program of the Nevada Arts Council and the Oral History Research Center at UNLV Libraries. Marshall begins the interview speaking about where she came from and African American culture. She explains the traditions and celebrations she participates in. Marshall also talks about food and explains how she makes some of those dishes. Lastly, she talks about gardening and her involvement within the community and neighborhood.

Oral history interview with Ruth Gust conducted by Rebecca Bonenfant on March 10, 1981 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Gust discusses about her life in Nevada. Gust first talks about her original move to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1947 and some of the first businesses that existed at the time. In this brief interview, she also talks about the first casinos, the culinary union, her employment as a server, and Mount Charleston.

Oral history interview with Anne M. Barnes conducted by Blythe Everett on November 23, 2009 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Barnes reflects upon her nearly 30-year career as a teacher and administrator with the Clark County School District (CCSD) from the 1970s to the 2000s. She discusses her thirteen years as principal of various elementary and middle schools, and describes her experiences working with magnet programs. She also describes the importance of working relationships between principals and parents, teachers, and students.

Oral history interview with Mario C. Monaco conducted by Carrie Regula on April 26, 2002 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Monaco reflects upon his career as a teacher and administrator with Nevada’s Clark County School District. He discusses his approach to school administration, and describes experiences that shaped that approach. He describes his regular responsibilities and challenges, programs that he implemented throughout his career, and his priority in establishing working relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Oral history interview with Ruth J. Kiley conducted by Claytee D. White on January 24, 2013 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Kiley discusses her personal history and living in the Eastwood neighborhood in Las Vegas, Nevada. She describes local restaurants that were popular during the mid 1960s, the development of downtown Las Vegas, and race relations in the 1960s. Lastly, Kiley recalls attending and graduating from Rancho High School in Las Vegas.
