Photograph Collection contains black-and-white and color photographic prints, negatives, postcards, and slides of William "Bill" Harrah at events in Nevada between approximately 1930 and 1991. Also included are views of Harrah’s Nevada properties including Harrah’s Lake Tahoe Hotel and Casino, Harrah’s Reno Hotel and Casino, and the Holiday Inn Hotel and Casino (that later became Harrah’s Las Vegas Hotel and Casino).

The North Las Vegas Bicentennial Committee Photographs and Drawings of Kiel Ranch document the buildings on Kiel (Kyle) Ranch in 1974. As part of the commemoration of the United States bicentennial, the North Las Vegas City Council elected to restore Kiel Ranch, which was one of the first non-indigenous settlements in the Las Vegas Valley. The materials include black-and-white photographs of Kiel Ranch as it was in 1974 as well as architectural drawings of planned renovations to the main house, the Brown House, the foreman's house, and the ranch hands' house.

The David Bruce Dill Papers (1949-1982) consist of awards, certificates, and photographic prints related to David Bruce Dill's physiological research. The papers also contain publications of Dill's work with the Laboratory of Environmental Patho-Physiology as part of the Desert Research Institute in Boulder City, Nevada as well as publications of Dill's research published in physiology-related scientific journals. The photographs were gifts to Dill for his studies on heat, altitude, and fatigue and the certificates and awards commemorate his work in the field of sports medicine.

The records represent the organization's work in publishing, creating documentaries, and organizing events highlighting the history and achievements of women in Nevada's history. Records include event files, Board of Director meeting agendas and minutes, grant applications, and research files for WOD's activities including projects for the Las Vegas Centennial and Nevada Sesquicentennial events. The materials also include research and final reports for the 2017 and 2018 Gaming Gender Equality Index which was co-authored by Adrian and Denise R. Duarte.
