Oral history interview with Arturo F. Ochoa conducted by Kenneth L. Morrow on October 29, 2006 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Ochoa reflects upon his career as a teacher and administrator with Nevada’s Clark County School District (CCSD). He discusses his educational background that led to his becoming a bilingual education teacher, and describes the process by which he eventually became a principal. He discusses his approach to education, programs that he created, and his approach to working relationships with teachers and other administrators.

Oral history interview with Paulette Nelson conducted by Claytee White on March 2, 2009 for the UNLV @ 50 Oral History Project. Nelson discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1981 and working at the Nevada Test Site for two years. Nelson then talks about being offered a position in the cataloging department at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Libraries. Lastly, she talks about being supervisor of the Architecture Studies Library for nine years until her retirement in 2009.

Oral history interview with John Foley conducted by Irene Rostine on May 11, 2011 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. Foley discusses how he and his siblings created a law dynasty in Las Vegas, Nevada as attorneys. He also discusses his time as a Nevada State senator.

Oral history interview with Norma Norman conducted by Dorthy Richardson-Martin on November 30, 2004 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Norman reflects upon her experience as an elementary school administrator in California’s Hayward Unified School District. She discusses her experience as a female African American teacher in the 1960s and 1970s, and how those experiences shaped her approach to school administration. She also discusses school district programs and policies, and how such programs impact different populations of students.

Oral history interview with Helen Smith conducted by Emily Powers on March 04, 2008 for the Heart to Heart Oral History Project. Smith discusses working as a nurse at Southern Nevada Memorial Hospital, which is now the University Medical Center, and for the Nevada State Industrial Insurance System. She also talks about the Eighth Street Hospital, St. Rose de Lima Hospital in Henderson, Nevada, and Sunrise Hospital.

Rosencrantz discusses living in the John S. Park Neighborhood from 1954 to 1970. He also talks about his father, a professional violinist who owned furniture stores and played at the Sahara Hotel and Casino. Rosencrantz then discusses his career as a business owner of Garrett's Furniture and a real estate agent.
