Oral history interview with Christopher Maestas conducted by Claytee White on September 14, 2008 for the Latinx Voices of Southern Nevada Oral History Project. He talks about the work his father did as a miner at the Blue Diamond Mine and describes life in the village during the 1930s. Ousley recalls his visits to Las Vegas, Nevada and the construction of Boulder Dam (Hoover Dam). Lastly, Ousley talks about Cottonwood Ranch and the Blue Diamond school.

Oral history interview with Martha Drohobyczar conducted by Lisa Gioia-Acres on March 24, 2009 for the Heart to Heart Oral History Project. Drohobyczar discusses her careers as a nurse midwife and a nursing professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with Michael Fleishman conducted by Xavier Rodriguez on April 05, 2004 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Fleishman reflects upon his more than 20-year career as a high school teacher and principal in Arizona. He discusses his upbringing in a college-educated family, and how his upbringing influenced his pursuit of education. He then discusses expectations that he faced as a high school principal, describes challenges associated with working in a small school, and offers suggestions for individuals interested in pursuing school administration.

Oral history interview with Barbara Sheehan conducted by Elaine Mongola on an unknown date for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Sheehan describes her experience in the Unites States Navy through the 1950s to 1970s. Sheehan also discusses her experience as a woman in the military, specifically the stigmas that women sailors encounter. Later, Sheehan recalls memorable moments she experienced during her service.

Oral history interview with Ruth C. Norton conducted by Gary Melton on March 09, 1979 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Norton discusses her arrival to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1959 to teach at an elementary school in Henderson, Nevada. Norton then discusses education curriculum, school athletics, and the overall state of education at the time. Later, Norton discusses adult education and special needs education.
