Oral history interview with Jim Bradstreet conducted by Jean Lewis on March 8, 2003 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Bradstreet discusses his upbringing and first job teaching in New York in 1962, before becoming a principal at Southern Cayuga Central School in 1974 and retiring in 1987. He then discusses how he became superintendent of the Mineral County School District in Nevada, his personal philosophy to educational administration, and pressures that he faced as an administrator. He also discusses his job duties, and provides suggestions for individuals considering becoming principals and administrators.

Oral history interview with Keena Smith conducted by Winita Frederick on November 25, 2014 for the African Americans in Las Vegas: a Collaborative Oral History Project. In this interview, Smith discusses her personal history and growing up in Las Vegas, Nevada. She describes what Las Vegas was like as a child, her upbringing in dance, and the significance that participating in the arts has on her life. Smith describes the auditioning process for shows in Las Vegas, her experience as an African American dancer, and being a cast member for The Lion King. Lastly, Smith talks about teaching dance courses at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Thiriot discusses his vivid memories of moving around, including living in Idaho where his father sold an invention that was a forerunner to the typewriter. Vashon discusses joining and eventually getting elected the Vice President of the Culinary Workers Union Local 226. He also discusses union benefits, strikes, today's union members, the future of the union movement, why unions are still necessary, family participation, and his 30 year employment as a bellman.
