Oral history interview with JoAnne K. Schlekewy conducted by Wanda Renfrow on November 26, 2002 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Schlekewy reflects upon her nearly 30-year career as an administrator with Nevada’s Clark County School District from the 1970s to the 2000s. Oral history interview with Alan Greenberg conducted by David G. Schwartz on February 08, 2007 for the Remembering Jay Sarno Oral History Project. In this interview, Greenburg discusses his personal experiences with Jay Sarno. He describes attending school with Sarno at the University of Missouri and Sarno’s plan to open up casinos and hotels. Oral history interview with Prince Spencer conducted by Claytee White on January 09, 2005 for the African Americans in Las Vegas: a Collaborative Oral History Project. Spencer discusses his career as a dancer in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Sands Hotel and Flamingo Hotel. He also talks about his activity in the Civil Rights Movement, work as a casino host, and participation in the Second Baptist Church in Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with Beverly Mason conducted by Claytee D. White on December 21, 2012 for the African Americans in Las Vegas: A Collaborative Oral History Project. In this interview Beverly Mason discusses growing up in historical West Las Vegas, Nevada, being a part of the school integration movement of the 1970s, working at the Nevada Test Site as an industrial hygienist, and then working in the School Community Partnership Office as a program manager.

Oral history interview with Gene Hotchkiss conducted by Barbara Clark on June 27, 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Hotchkiss discusses her experiences living in Las Vegas, Nevada since 1946. Hotchkiss discusses the hotel industry, explaining that most casinos had a Western theme before the Flamingo was built, which started a luxury resort trend. Hotchkiss goes on to describe the development of Las Vegas Strip hotels.

Oral history interview with Dr. Larry Moses conducted by Benjamin Day on April 04, 2003 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Dr. Moses reflects upon his experience as a principal in Nevada’s Clark County School District and Lyon County School District. He emphasizes the day-to-day experiences as a school administrator, and discusses how his responsibilities and philosophy changed daily. He also stresses the importance of working relationships between administrators, teachers, parents, and local communities to achieve the best school performance.
