Oral history interviews with Jillian Hrushowy conducted by Joyce Marshall on October 11, 1995 and October 26, 1995 for the Women's Research Institute of Nevada (WRIN) Las Vegas Women Oral History Project. In this interview, Hrushowy describes her dance career, which started in Paris, France. Hrushowy then goes on to describe how her career moved her to Las Vegas, Nevada and the shows she performed in. Further, Hrushowy describes her performance schedule and experiences as a young dancer. Lastly Hrushowy discusses recreation activities in Las Vegas in the 1960s and 1970s.

Oral history interview with Harriet Trudell conducted by Claytee D. White on April 19, 2007 for the UNLV University Libraries Oral History Project. Trudell begins by describing her early history and the powerful influence of her father on her life, beliefs, and politics. She continues talking about politicians that she admires from Hubert Humphrey to Harry Reid, and her desire to work to improve the lives of the marginalized. She relates early education to make her a "southern lady" and her rejection of the concept, as well as her later education in Florida and beginning to lobby for the labor unions. She discusses her marriage and move to Las Vegas, Nevada, her career working for the presidential campaign of Vice President Hubert Humphrey in 1968, and the campaign for Senator George McGovern in 1972. Trudell describes Nevada as a conservative state, and explains what she means saying Nevada was the "Mississippi of the West." Trudell also discusses working for Nevada Governor Mike O'Callaghan, the Democratic Party, her ancestors who fought in the American Civil War, and prominent moments in United States political history. Trudell concludes by describing her involvement in the women's movement and why she felt it was important.

Oral history interview with Alberta Powell conducted by Karen Rempal on March 08, 1981 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In the interview, Powell discusses her family's history in Las Vegas, Nevada. Powell discusses her education and experiences attending Las Vegas High School, her family travels, and her life in general in Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with Juanita Rice conducted by Bob Hulbert on March 17, 1978 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Rice recounts her personal history in Las Vegas, Nevada after moving there in 1942 with her ex-husband, who worked at the Basic Magnesium Plant in Henderson. Rice also discusses the construction of the I-15 interstate.

Oral history interview with Hank Gordon conducted by Stefani Evans and Claytee D. White on October 26, 2016 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Gordon discusses the first shopping center that he built in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1988. He also talks about the issues with building commercial and retail in Las Vegas. He then talks about his term on the Las Vegas City Planning Commission.

Oral history interview with Marilyn B. Brockett conducted by Jay Brewer on April 25, 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Brockett moved to Nevada in 1932. During this interview Brockett discusses social changes and the growth of Boulder City, Nevada from 1932 to 1975.

Oral history interview with Kathy War conducted by Claytee D. White on February 26, 2009 for the UNLV @ 50 Oral History Project. War discusses coming to Las Vegas, Nevada with her husband in 1968. She discusses her work at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Libraries in the Curriculum Materials Library, in the Circulation Department, and in Special Collections where she was in charge of the photograph collections.
