Oral history interview with Vaughan O. Holt conducted by Lee LaVecchia on February 22, 1977 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Oral history interview with Nanyu Tomiyasu conducted by Samanthia Kerwin on March 11, 1974 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Tomiyasu discusses his family life, being raised on a farm, and enlisting in the United States Army some time between 1940 and 1944. Tomiyasu talks about growing up in Las Vegas, Nevada and witnessing changes in the city including hotel and casino construction and change in ownership. Tomiyasu describes transportation in Nevada and people moving to Las Vegas for job opportunities.

Oral history interview with Kit Waldman conducted by Claytee D. White on October 09, 2000 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. Waldman begins by describing her early life in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania during the Great Depression, which forced her family to move to Las Vegas, Nevada due to financial reasons. She discusses life in Las Vegas during the 1930s and 1940s and how the city has changed since then. Waldman also talks about her career working as an assistant at her brother's law firm and being a member in the Jewish community of Las Vegas.

In this interview Hank Greenspun discusses politics in Las Vegas, Nevada, the numerous changes and growth that the city has experiences, and his newspaper, the Las Vegas Sun.

Oral history interviews with Maude Woo conducted by Barbara Tabach on February 11, 2007 and February 25, 2007 for Reflections: the Las Vegas Asian American and Pacific Islander Oral History Project. In these interviews, Woo discusses her early childhood in Korea, taking care of her siblings, and difficult memories of war. Later, she discusses travelling to the United States and having foster parents, and going to college for nursing. She married her first husband and they had two sons, David and John. The family moved to Orange County, California where Maude raised the family and eventually started a private practice. Later, Woo divorced her first husband. She married her current husband, Leland, in 2011. She discusses her family, the importance religion has in her life, and coming to Las Vegas, Nevada to retire. Oral history interview with Arturo F. Ochoa conducted by Kenneth L. Morrow on October 29, 2006 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Ochoa reflects upon his career as a teacher and administrator with Nevada’s Clark County School District (CCSD). He discusses his educational background that led to his becoming a bilingual education teacher, and describes the process by which he eventually became a principal. He discusses his approach to education, programs that he created, and his approach to working relationships with teachers and other administrators.

Oral history interview with Jackie Brantley conducted by Claytee White on October 27, 1996 for the Women's Research Institute of Nevada (WRIN) Las Vegas Women Oral History Project. Brantley begins her interview by briefly discussing her family history and parents' jobs in Las Vegas, Nevada in the late 1940s. Brantley then goes on to discuss segregation in Las Vegas. She discusses segregation on the Strip, and in pools, schools, and nightclubs. Afterwards, Brantley discusses her career experiences working for the Clark County School District and her management position at the Desert Inn Hotel and Casino in the early 1970s.
