Stupak reminded the Control Board members of the successful financial progressions made over the years from the past Vacation Club to the Stratosphere Club to the Stratosphere Tower Club; which resulted with the Stratosphere Tower becoming a reality. Safety issues discussed on the tower's roller coaster and Big Shot amusement rides at the top of the tower.
