Oral history interview with Frederica Lionel conducted by Gina Ballestrasse on February 27, 1979 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Lionel moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in May 1954 to divorce her husband and marry her attorney. She discusses her local neighborhood, the social clubs she was associated with, and the cost of living in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Oral history interview with Mark Matthews conducted by Marcus Harrison on March 30, 1981 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Matthews discusses his arrival to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1949 in an attempt to find better living conditions. Matthews then describes living through the Great Depression, and explains the hardships it brought upon many people. Matthews later discusses improvements in transportation throughout the city as more streets were paved.

Oral history interview with Susan Watson conducted by Claytee D. White on February 20, 2013 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. Watson discusses graduating from Rancho High School in 1962 and working as a dental assistant and an interior designer.

Oral history interview with David Frommer conducted by Stefani Evans and Claytee D. White on September 12, 2016 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Frommer discusses his early life in New York. He talks about moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1994, his employment at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) as a campus planner, and his work in the area along Maryland Parkway sometimes referred to as "Midtown UNLV.". Frommer then recalls building planning for the newest UNLV buildings, the construction of Allegiant Stadium, and his work refining UNLV buildings. Lastly, Frommer discusses the idea of a UNLV campus hotel.

Oral history interview with Mary Habbart conducted by Jane Finfrock on February 28, 1979 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Habbart first talks about her move to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1920 and her husband’s subsequent employment. She also talks about the first casinos, the development of the university campus, visits of U.S. presidents, and the Mormon Fort. She also discusses the Helldorado Parade, flash floods, snowing in Las Vegas, her role in developing Sunset Park, her family, and her education.
