Oral history interview with Charles Perri conducted by Edwin Smith on February 10, 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Perri discusses moving to Nevada in 1948 from New York. Perri discusses his career selling shoes, working as a survey crew member on a race track, and later working for the Las Vegas Fire Department. Perri later discusses the earlier casinos on the Las Vegas Strip.

Oral history interview with Harvey N. Dondero conducted by Elizabeth N. Patrick on August 9, 1984 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. This interview consists of Dondero's address before the Kiwanis Club during a luncheon meeting at the Fremont Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dondero gives observations on the growth of the education system in Las Vegas. He also answers questions after the address by audience members regarding the future of Nevada’s education system.

Oral history interview with Kaweeda Adams conducted by Kim Kershaw on March 05, 2004 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Adams reflects upon her career as a teacher in Louisiana from the 1980s to the 1990s, and as a teacher and administrator with Nevada’s Clark County School District (CCSD) from the 1990s to the early 2000s. She discusses her upbringing, and how her upbringing influenced her pursuit of education. She describes the process by which she became a teacher and eventually administrator, and compares her experiences working in Louisiana and Nevada. She discusses how these experiences shaped her philosophy of education, as well as changes that she has observed in the students over time. She describes her regular job duties, as well as challenges that she faced as a school administrator such as teacher dismissal and evaluations.

Madden describes food banks organized by the churches, tutoring services for children, and explains the significance of the Sabbath. Lastly, Madden discusses his role as pastor of Abundant Life Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Oral history interview with Mary B. Kieser conducted by Ronald Gray on February 27, 1979 for the UNLV University Libraries Oral History Collection. In this interview, Kieser discusses her early life and moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1953. She remembers teaching at the Nellis Air Force Base Elementary School and being a substitute teacher in the 1960s. Kieser talks about insufficient funding for education, the implementation of a double session school model, and the increase of students in Southern Nevada. Lastly, Kieser discusses teacher wages, staggered session school models, the development of sixth grade centers, and the teacher credit union.

In this interview, Dr. Roqueni reflects upon his experience as a principal in Nevada’s Clark County School District (CCSD). He describes the process by which he became a principal, his regular responsibilities, and challenges that he faced. He discusses the high expectations that principals face, and suggests that individuals not enter the principalship because of those expectations. He also provides his opinion on issues such as standardized testing and school safety.
