Oral history interview with Laura Taylor conducted by Claytee D. White on December 03, 2008 and December 08, 2008 for the All That Jazz Oral History Project. Taylor discusses opening for Don Rickles at the Desert Inn Hotel, and performing at the Desert Inn’s Starlight Theater. Taylor recalls performing on television, appearing on radio shows, making disco music, and meeting many celebrities as a jazz musician.

Oral history interview with Talia Levanon conducted by Barbara Tabach on January 21, 2019 for the Remembering 1 October Oral History Project. In this interview, Levanon discusses her role as the Director of Israel Trauma Coalition (ITC), an organization that provides trauma care and counseling in Israel and around the world. She recalls that three weeks after the 1 October shooting, she and a team from ITC arrived in Las Vegas, Nevada to offer training and support and worked closely with Las Vegas Metro Police Department. Oral history interview with Diane Meireis conducted by Claytee D. White on November 06, 2017 for the Remembering 1 October Oral History Project. In this interview, Meireis discusses her experience at the 1 October shooting. She remembers hearing gunfire, the confusion in the crowd, and finding a safe place to hide. Meireis describes the collaboration of strangers, and feeling guilt for not being able to help others as she escaped the venue. Lastly, Meireis discusses her opinions of firearms.

Oral history interview with Steve Johnson conducted by Fred Reagan on March 20, 1978 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In the interview, Johnson discusses his exposure to African American racial discrimination and segregation in Las Vegas, Nevada during the 1950s to the 1970s. He discusses these experiences in markets, theaters, casinos, employment, and in common social interactions. Johnson also discusses the slow progression of social acceptance to racial integration and African Americans entering professional fields.

Oral history interview with Jim Jones conducted by Patrick Carlton on October 28, 2002 for the UNLV @ 50 Oral History Project. In this interview, Jones discusses different points in his career. He begins by talking about his early years in elementary school and his later years while attending Las Vegas High School. Jones discusses being a Las Vegas, Nevada native and becoming a dentist after a few years of graduate school. He discusses the different wars that took place over the years, and talks about his time serving in the military during the Korean War. Some of his most memorable experiences mainly revolved around being a traveling dentist.

Oral history interview with Pamela Sitton conducted by Claytee D. White on February 27, 2009 for the UNLV@ Fifty Oral History Project. Sitton discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1963 where her father worked at the Nevada Test Site and graduating from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV). Sitton also discusses working at UNLV Libraries from 1974 until she retired March of 2009.
