Oral history interview with Elbert B. Edwards conducted by William White and Martha Roberson on January 25, 1988 for the UNLV University Libraries Oral History Collection. In this interview, Edwards discusses the settlement of West Point, Nevada. He talks about the West Point cemetery, the Mormon pioneers that settled in the area, and West Point’s boundary line proving it to be a part of Nevada.

Oral history interview with Rosenda Gomez conducted by Stefani Evans on July 24, 2024 for Reflections: the Las Vegas Asian American and Pacific Islander Oral History Project. In this interview, Gomez describes her childhood and youth in General Luna, Surigao del Norte, Philippines. She shares about her family's financial struggles, becoming pen pals and eventually marrying an older American man, moving to Texas, and having a daughter. Desparate to leave an abusive marriage, she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1993 and worked at the El Cortez making change. After working in a number of casinos, including Imperial Palace, Stratosphere, and Sunset Station, she returned to El Cortez in 1998. Gomez describes how she later became more involved in the Culinary Workers Union (Local 226). In this interview, Gomez describes the physical work of cocktail service; the duties of shop steward and the benefits of Union membership. She recalls San Tomas celebrations in her town and annual Philippines Independence Day celebrations at home; her favorite Filipino foods, and Spring Mountain Road as it was when she arrived in 1993. Oral history interview with Eva D. Peterson conducted by James Greene on November 30, 1974 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Peterson discusses her life in Nelson, Nevada. Peterson talks about her family life and describes her career as an educator. Finally, Nelson mentions moving to other cities in Nevada such as Searchlight, Las Vegas, and Boulder City.

Oral history interview with Patricia Ludwick conducted by Jeanette Napoliello on March 30, 1976 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Ludwick discusses her personal history since arriving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1958. Ludwick then discusses the different shows that she attended and the type of atmosphere inside casinos at the time.

Oral history interview with Barbara Wilde conducted by Candy Lorman on September 27, 1972 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Wilde discusses her early life growing up in Las Vegas, Nevada and recalls her experiences living there as a local. Wilde lastly discusses general changes that Las Vegas has underwent.

The Las Vegas Bugle Photograph Collection on Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender History (1993-2002) consists of photographic prints, negatives, and contact sheets chronicling events and activities of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender communities throughout southern Nevada. Many of the photographs originally accompanied newspaper articles published in the Las Vegas Bugle.

Oral history interview with Louis Baluyut conducted by Kyle Baluyut in November 2021 for the Reflections: The Las Vegas Asian American and Pacific Islander Oral History Project. In this interview, Baluyut discusses his early life in the Philippines, immigrating to the United States by enlisting in the U.S. Navy. He recalls his experiences travelling around the country and internationally, and how life in other places compares to Las Vegas, Nevada.
