Oral history interview with Donn Blake conducted by George Kostic on April 17, 1980 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Blake discusses his role as a Special Projects Coordinator for the City of Las Vegas, Nevada and the various roles he held in historical preservation. Blake also discusses how Las Vegas has grown and evolved over the years. He describes the changes in airport locations over time and mentions the need for historical preservation.

McGinley discusses her careers working as a lawyer and teaching at several law schools before coming to teach at the Boyd Law School at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1999.

Oral history interview with Barbara Cloud conducted by Shirley Emerson on May 30, 2006 for the UNLV @ 50 Oral History Project. Barbara Cloud discusses teaching journalism at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, building up the journalism program, becoming department chair, editor of Journalism history, and Associate Provost for Academic Affairs. She also discusses serving on the Nevada Commission of Colleges and Universities and the Nevada Humanities Committee, as well as currently indexing the Las Vegas Sun newspaper for digitization.

Oral history interview with Betty Saunders conducted by an unnamed interviewer on an unknown date in approximately 1995 to 2005 for the UNLV University Libraries Oral History Collection. In this interview, Saunders discusses her career in the U.S. Air Force. She describes the environment and culture including living quarters, training, and promotions. Saunders talks about her experience as an African American woman in the military including how marriage and pregnancy affected her.

Oral history interview with Leora M. Wilcox conducted by Alex D’Andrea on January 14, 1981 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Wilcox discusses arriving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1945, and shares her disappointment upon arrival. Wilcox also describes what it was like to live in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada while efforts for World War II were taking place. Wilcox later describes some of the most noticeable changes throughout Las Vegas, as well as the construction of Boulder (Hoover) Dam.

Oral history interview with Anna Nakazawa conducted by Donnielle Dove on November 29, 2022 for the Reflections: the Las Vegas Asian American and Pacific Islander Oral History Project. In this interview, Nakazawa reflects on her upbringing in Las Vegas, Nevada what it was like growing up and what it was like growing up Asian-American in Southern Nevada. Nakazawa is currently enrolled at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and studying criminal justice. She recalls attending Saturday Japanese school every weekend until she was in high school, allowing her to connect with her cultural background and describes annual trips to Japan in the summer. Nakazawa's ambition and determination is something she takes pride in, and speaks of her multiple jobs and the financial opportunities they bring her. Furthermore, she discusses the importance of education and sharing Asian-American news on social media so more people have a better understanding of what is it like to be Asian-American.

Oral history interview with Arturo F. Ochoa conducted by Kenneth L. Morrow on October 29, 2006 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Ochoa reflects upon his career as a teacher and administrator with Nevada’s Clark County School District (CCSD). He discusses his educational background that led to his becoming a bilingual education teacher, and describes the process by which he eventually became a principal. He discusses his approach to education, programs that he created, and his approach to working relationships with teachers and other administrators.
