Oral history interview with Betty Blevins conducted by Emily Powers on March 18, 2008 for the Heart to Heart Oral History Project. Blevins discusses her career as an operating room nurse at Sunrise, Southern Nevada Memorial, and Valley Hospitals. Oral history interview with Sophie Bogdanovich Romans conducted by Patricia van Betten on March 03, 2009 for the History of Blue Diamond Village in Nevada Oral History Project. In this interview, Romans discusses her family life, including her mother's cleaning routine and her father's gardening habits. Bogdanovich briefly describes the gypsum mines where her father worked in Blue Diamond, Nevada. Romans talks about her childhood, her daily life in Blue Diamond, and her education.

Oral history interview with Flora Jones conducted by Claytee D. White on July 19, 2007 for the UNLV @ 50 Oral History Project. In this interview Flora Jones discusses getting a job at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), in the admissions office. She then discusses her work environment, the UNLV Campus, downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, and the students she worked with. She also shares her opinions of many facets of UNLV today, including the new student union and recreational buildings as well as UNLV becoming a Research I institution.

Oral history interview with Elizabeth Francis conducted by Emily Powers on July 21, 2008 for the Heart to Heart Oral History Project. Francis discusses being a Licensed Practical Nurse at Southern Nevada Memorial Hospital and working for Dr. Fink. She discusses teaching nursing there and at the Sunrise Hospital, as well as working for Workmen's Compensation.

Oral history interview with Patricia Lappin conducted by Nancy Bright on February 26, 1980 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. The interview covers Boulder City, Nevada around Hoover Dam. The two discuss the different gambling habits between Southern Nevada locals and Las Vegas tourists. During the latter half of the interview, the two speak at length about the impact of nuclear waste on Nevada. Lappin explains the unique issues that Southern Nevada faces as one of three states to accept nuclear waste.

In this interview Bowerman provides insight into life in Las Vegas, Nevada from 1954 to 1976. Bowerman discusses weather, wildlife, and interesting recreational sites in Nevada.

Oral history interview with Dr. Frank Roqueni conducted by Alia Rothstein on June 20, 2006 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Dr. Roqueni reflects upon his experience as a principal in Nevada’s Clark County School District (CCSD). He describes the process by which he became a principal, his regular responsibilities, and challenges that he faced. He discusses the high expectations that principals face, and suggests that individuals not enter the principalship because of those expectations. He also provides his opinion on issues such as standardized testing and school safety.
