Oral history interview with Dani McLaughlin conducted by Barbara Tabach on February 14, 2018 for the Remembering 1 October Oral History Project. In this interview, Dani McLaughlin discusses the October 1, 2017 mass shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada and how she tried to find safety with her husband and a group of friends, one of whom was shot. She talks about finding refuge in her office at Atlantic Aviation. McLaughlin mentions the different ways her life and the lives of her family members have been affected, including how her children reacted to the shooting.

Oral history interview with Tina Kwan conducted by Cecilia Winchell, Stefani Evans, and Jerwin Tiu on March 19, 2022 for Reflections: The Las Vegas Asian American and Pacific Islander Oral History Project.

In this interview, Tina Kwan memorializes her late sister, Wendy Kwan, sharing stories of Wendy's life and experiences as the oldest child of first generation immigrant parents. Wendy helped complete her family's paperwork to open a restaurant at the age of 13, worked at the restaurant on weekends, and babysat Tina throughout the week. Tina shares Wendy's aspirations to become a fashion designer and the circumstances that led to Wendy's death. Tina also discusses how her sister's death impacted their family and her own life journey, her grieving process, and some of her favorite memories with Wendy.

Meron discusses her upbringing in Israel, moving to Istanbul with her husband, and immigrating to Canada after their divorce. Meron also talks about her career as a showgirl in Las Vegas, Nevada, including being in the Vive les Girls road show in 1965. She then discusses her involvement in helping Cambodian refugees.

Oral history interview with Gaelan Felt conducted by Perry Kaufman in approximately 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Felt describes working at the Nevada Test Site and the effect the site had on Las Vegas, Nevada. Felt explains why Nevada was chosen as the location for the site, how they tested nuclear weapons, and how the local residents responded to the tests with varying levels of concern. He also talks about other aspects of the test site's history, such as workers' housing, and how Las Vegas has developed and changed.
