The Michael Circuit Menu Collection (1989-2019) contains menus from restaurants in Las Vegas, Nevada, both free standing and located in casinos. The menus were collected by Michael Circuit, a local real estate agent and businessman who had originally collected the menus to decorate the walls of a restaurant he had planned on opening but did not come to fruition. This collection is minimally processed.

Oral history interview with Dorothy Ross Fletcher conducted by Sharon Hildebrandt on June 26, 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview Fletcher discusses prominent visitors to Las Vegas, Nevada, living in Nevada during World War II, atomic testing, and environmental and social change in Las Vegas. She also talks about real estate and development on the Las Vegas Strip.
