Notes from the donor, Dennis McBride: Krave nightclub opened on November 13, 2004 inside the Desert Passage shopping area of the Aladdin Hotel and Casino, and remained at this location after Desert Passage became the Miracle Mile Shops. In July 2012 Krave announced its move from the Miracle Mile Shops to the empty motion picture theater in the Neonopolis shopping mall downtown on Fremont Street and a name change to Krave Massive. The nightclub held its grand opening in Neonopolis on June 16, 2013, only to close within two months. Krave moved a third time into the former Club Utopia at 3765 Las Vegas Boulevard South. Krave opened here on November 1, 2013, then closed permanently on July 27, 2014. ... This photo was taken of the Krave nightclub sign in Neonopolis still in place and lit despite the nightclub having been gone from the site for two years.

The Hotel Sahara float entry in the Helldorado Parade, May 1958. The float is titled "Hotel Sahara Toasts Wondrous Women." Smaller sections of the float are names "Birth of Venus" featuring a woman seated in a large clam shell that is being pulled by a large seahorse. The main portion of the float features three women seated beneath a large champagne glass, and a fourth woman seated on a large throne made of flowers. A side section of the float is titled "Joan of Arc," but the woman is obscured behind the horse sculpture she is riding. They are in front of the Boulder Club, located at 118 Fremont Street. The Boulder Club was in operation from 1931-1960. A sign on the Boulder Club reads ""Farmer" Page - Enjoy the Old West - Jackpots, Craps, Bar, Keno, Roulette, Twenty-One." They have just passed Joe W. Brown's Horseshoe Club (in operation from 1935-1958), located 128 Fremont Street at the corner of Fremont Street and 2nd Street. The Hotel Apache and the Fremont Casino are visible in the background.

Hotel Thunderbird float titled "Academy Awards of Show Business" was a sweepstakes award winner in the Helldorado Parade, May 1954. The float features a large replica of the Academy Award Oscar statuette, and five women are in gold body paint along the sides of the float. In the center of the float are two women in costume, while a third woman in costume rides on the top of the float under an arched canopy. The float is passing by the Traveler's Hotel Court (1100 E. Fremont Street), and the Lucky Motel (1111 E. Fremont Street) can be seen in the background. The original film is damaged.
