Oral history interview with Katherine McKee conducted by Claytee D. White on September 3, 2016 for the African Americans in Las Vegas: a Collaborative Oral History Project. In her interview McKee discusses her career dancing at the Mint, The Silver Slipper's Minsky's Burlesque, and the Dune's Viva Les Girls. She also discusses her performances on the road with Les Girls Montreal road show as well and her experience as Sammy Davis' "road wife."

Oral history interview with Kevin Brady conducted by David Schwartz on September 07, 2016 for the Slot Operations Oral History Project. Brady discusses his experience in negotiating with vendors for new slot games on the floor, what makes a good slot manager, and the changes in technology since he first started in the slot industry. He also describes his personal gambling and his own advice to young people who might want to go into slot operations.

Oral history interview with Judy and John L. Goolsby conducted by Stefani Evans and Claytee D. White on September 08, 2016 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. John discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada with Summa Corporation in 1980 to manage the portfolio of Nevada properties owned by the Howard Hughes estate. He also describes developing the master-planned community of Summerlin, and his responsibility being president of Howard Hughes Corporation from 1988 to 1998. Judy discusses volunteering with and being president of Assistance League of Las Vegas.

Roundtable interview with Paul Senzaki, Alan Hess, and Charlie White III conducted by Stefani Evans and Claytee D. White on September 09, 2016 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Senzaki and White III discuss their separate work on the development of many Las Vegas, Nevada Strip hotels and casinos. Hess talks about his expertise on Las Vegas architecture.

Oral history interview with Andrew and Debbie Levy conducted by Barbara Tabach on September 12, 2016 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. The Levy couple discusses the changes they saw in Las Vegas, Nevada, from when Andrew was a kid to the times they raised their own daughters, Sarah and Jenna. They also describe booms in the real estate market and growth in the artistic and cultural aspects of Las Vegas. Debbie provides a perspective of the growth of the local Jewish community.

Oral history interview with Leonard and Roberta Gang conducted by Barbara Tabach on September 14, 2016 and September 27, 2016 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. Leonard discusses becoming a judge, presiding over high profile cases, and returning to private practice later in his career. Roberta talks about lobbying, and civic organizations that she represented in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Butler begins with discussing his early life and joining Steve Wynn's Atlandia Design in Atlantic City, New Jersey in 1982. He then talks about moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1986. The interview focuses on the design and development of various Las Vegas casinos.
