Oral history interview with John Wanderer conducted by Barbara Tabach on May 09, 2016 and May 18, 2016 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. Wanderer discusses his mom, Emilie Wanderer, the first female attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada. He also talks about his career in the race car industry, becoming an attorney, and partnering with his mother in their own law practice, Wanderer & Wanderer.

The family discusses their family ties to the Las Vegas, Nevada Jewish community. Martin also talks about his career as a clinical psychologist; Linda and her son, Robert, talk about the real estate development in Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with Woodrow Wilson conducted by Perry Kaufman on November 01, 1977 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Wilson discusses work at the McNary sawmill in Arizona, and later arriving in Las Vegas, Nevada to work at the Basic Magnesium Plant, located in Henderson, Nevada. Wilson also talks about discrimination between maids in motels and hotels, along with moments of segregation at the Basic Magnesium Plant. He then explains how he organized and became a board member of The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) in Las Vegas.

Wilson discusses some roles he took on in the African American community, including president of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) Las Vegas, Nevada chapter. Kreisler talks about moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1973, working at the Nevada Test Site, his involvement with the University Medical Center, and other medical community topics.

Oral history interview with Clark (Danny) Lee conducted by Stefani Evans and Claytee D. White on May 23, 2016 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Lee discusses the process that allows the Nevada Library Association to grow with the Las Vegas, Nevada community. Lee also talks about homeless accommodations and the power struggle between North and South Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with Alice Brumage conducted by Claytee D. White on January 30, 2019 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Brumage discusses her upbringing in Boulder City, Nevada and the construction of the Hoover Dam (Boulder Dam). She remembers her father’s involvement in the construction of the Dam, her parent’s membership in the Boulder City Rifle and Pistol Club, and the growth of Boulder City.
