The Sales and Presentations series dates from 1954 to 1983 and contains materials related to Joanne de Longchamps' public presentations, including talks given to classes and groups, lyrics to the song, "Reno, Fantastic Reno," as well as the program to her last art show held at the University of Nevada, Reno in 1983.

The Personal series contains materials from 1941 to 1983. It includes blank souvenir postcards of England and France, typewritten journal entries by Joanne de Longchamps, original correspondence from Joanne de Longchamps to her mother, Ruth Cutten, photocopies of her correspondence to fellow poet, Harold Witt, as well as correspondence about her poetry.
