After graduating from Ohio State Medical School, Campton moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1963 and worked at Southern Nevada Memorial Hospital. He worked at a private practice until 1970 before moving to Pahrump in 1980

Carlson graduated from Queens University Medical School in Kingston, Ontario in 1974. He established a practice in Fallon, Nevada in 1977. In the 1980s, Carlson pushed for advanced ER training for physicians in Nevada and ER services in rural hospitals.

After completing his residency at the University of New Mexico, Christensen moved to Ely, Nevada in 1968. In 1969, he began conducting training exercises for emergency situations. Christensen serves as medical director for the county system and for the Ely City fire and ambulance service.

Curtis serves as a member of the Professional Rescue Instructors of Nevada to train first responder groups in Nevada. Curtis moved to Virginia City, Nevada in 1958 and worked for the Silver City Fire Department and the Virginia City department.

Drake joined the Clark County Fire Department in 1966 and then again in 1971 after returning from military service. During the 1970s he helped establish the rescue test for the department. He retired in 1996.
