Peters has practiced medicine at the Battle Mountain General Hospital since 1991. He has trained military and paramilitary groups in pre-hospital care. He currently oversees the paramedic program in Battle Mountain.

Rasco joined the volunteer fire department in Lovelock, Nevada in 1976 and was enlisted into the ambulance service. Later that year he started EMT classes. In 1994 he became chief of the department.

Netski began working as a nurse in Las Vegas, Nevada at Sunrise Hospital in 1969. She was enamored with the ambulance service after working in the emergency room, and in 1974 became the first female ambulance attendant. She quit riding in the ambulance full-time in 2000 but maintains a supervisory role.

Rivera joined the volunteer fire department in Ely after graduating from high school. He became a professional firefighter in 1991 and completed EMT training in 1999.
