The community service projects series (1969-1998) contains pamphlets, fact sheets, correspondence, reports, administrative files, and scrapbooks related to community projects and programs. The community service programs the Mesquite Club worked with included environmental conservation, child protection, Neighborhood Watch, senior citizens, and city beautification.

The publications series (1914-1999) contains biographies of past presidents, cookbooks, newsletters, and yearbooks detailing the history of the organization.

The General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC) affiliation series (1958-1998) contain documents exchanged between the GFWC and the Mesquite Club, including documentation of the leadership award program and volunteer slide program. Materials include committee reports, correspondence, and scrapbooks.

The photographs and artifacts series (1987-1988) contains awards and photographs of Club projects, events, members, and officers. Materials include photographic prints, negatives, and a scroll, as well as plaques and paper awards.

The additional accessions series (1953-2011) contains the ongoing accessions of the Mesquite Club records. They include meeting minutes and agendas, scrapbooks, newsletters, Evening and Junior Mesquite reports, rental records, building committee reports, financial documents, correspondence, and project files.
