The materials in the Demonstrations series contain photographic prints and negatives of various strikes, pickets, rallies, and marches that the members of the Las Vegas Culinary Workers Union Local 226 participated in from 1987 to 2004. Most prominently represented in this series is the Frontier Strike that lasted from 1991 to 1998. Materials contain photographic prints, photographic negatives, and a small number of slides.
